Body Language - We are sensual beings. It is our nature to feel, and be felt. I’m offering private coaching for women to improve their relationship to their body through working with the muse within and expressing themselves with movement practices that serve the feminine. Modalities include pole dance, aerial dance, heels dance and Floorwork.
Cancellation Policy
What to know before coming : We suggest registering online for all classes so that you may secure your spot, and to avoid not being contacted if anything has to change about the class. You can also book a free 30 minute consultation with owner Alex so you may ask all the questions and get set up with the right package. Check out our welcome video and YouTube! Arriving Our location is inside of a larger building, so you may be confused a bit at first. We are inside up the stairs, we use the west door at the back of the building, there will be a sign on the door. You can make your way up the stairs and wait on the bench or use the washroom/change room before class. What to bring Most classes we suggest shorts and sleeveless top. Bring a water bottle you can refill and any grips that you like to use other than itac which will damage the poles. We sell dry hands in studio! We also suggest buying a pair of kneepads for all classes that involve choreography or floorwork
